  RESERVING WITH LIMECASTLE LETTING AGENCY

  When you reserve one of the properties we have to rent, you will normally be expected to put down one month rent in advance, and one months deposit (A total of two months rent up front). There is also a tenant administration fee to cover our costs (we are cheaper than most letting agents).   We use HomeLet for our tenant referencing. Do not worry if you have adverse credit, many of our landlords are flexible, as long as you can prove you will be able to pay the rent.
